The owners are on the property in a separate wing of the house. The other guest residence is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with a side yard, 'playground' for corn hole, pergola and fire pit. Just 2.5 miles from 46 West and a few miles from the 101, we couldn't be more convenient, and yet tucked away in serenity, you have no idea how peaceful it is until you arrive. -10 minutes from Downtown Paso Robles -5 minutes to Tin City. -40 minutes to Cambria -10 minutes to Trader Joe’s and other convenient stores. -Wineries on our road- L’Aventure, Austin Hope, Windward, Summerwood, J Dusi . Very near by on Arbor Rd : Zobeto, Ecluse. -Under 5 miles away…. Niner, Booker, Caliza, Tooth and Nail, and so many more!
Guest Access
You have access to all 42 acres. Hike the trails or walk the road for amazing views. The Barn is available to use (unless booked as there are 2bedrooms, a full bathroom and full kitchen). There is a bar, lounge, full kitchen, and pool table. Reserve the Barn and hire a private chef to cook you dinner in the wonderful kitchen.
