The Barn has been restored and breathes cool elegance. With eclectic furniture, beautiful style, brand new bathroom, a kitchen, new doors and clean concrete floors. Giant doors open for views of vineyards up in the hills. This is "GLAMPING" at its best! This is for the adventurous traveler! Your stay includes a lovely welcome bottle of wine, complimentary tastings at a great selection of wineries, a surprise breakfast and Natalie and Glen on hand to help with more recommendations, necessities or anything else you might need. Their goal: The best trip ever! Please enter an accurate guest count. The Barn sleeps 4 but the price shown is for 2 people. (The 2nd bedroom is new). This is an exceptional location and property. Our guests enjoy the serenity and special details and care we provide. (**Combined with Le Coop and The Ranch House, our farm sleeps 10 people- 5 bedrooms-inquire w/Natalie for more info) . The kitchen has a 60" commercial range, vintage restaurant sink, full refrigerator and islands for food set up. Elegant lighting and ceiling fans add to the ambiance. The bar was built from the original barn stall doors. One bedroom has a very comfy CalKing bed, the 2nd- our NEW bedroom is a cozy Queen. Both bedrooms have heat and AC. The bathroom includes a large shower, 2 water closets, vanity and has a space heater. The main living area is a true barn with open ventilation and barn doors that open for views of the chicken coop, windmill and the oak hills and vineyards surrounding this amazing place. It is not sealed but patio heaters and ceiling fans as well as natural breezes keep it warm in cool times and cool in warm times. There is a $45 pet fee as well. **Please note- This is an ACTUAL Barn and it is not sealed and air tight. You are exposed to the current weather. The bedrooms are sealed and insulated. Just 2.5 miles from 46 West and a few miles from the 101, we couldn't be more convenient, and yet tucked away in serenity, you have no idea how peaceful it is until you arrive. -10 minutes from Downtown Paso Robles -5 minutes to Tin City. -40 minutes to Cambria -10 minutes to Trader Joe’s and other convenient stores. -Wineries on our road- L’Aventure, Austin Hope, Windward, Summerwood, J Dusi .
