Welcome to Farm Blanc et Rouge, your luxurious and very private escape in wine country! The Ranch House features a wrap-around covered porch adorned with wine barrel rockers, offering stunning views of neighboring vineyards. Step through the double doors into a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, large barn fans, and a high-end kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances for both short and long stays. Your culinary experience begins with a bottle of local wine to greet you. A Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee pods, creamers, assorted teas, and a small selection of chips & other handy foods can be found for your convenience. The airy dining and living area is beautifully furnished, complete with games and cozy seating. Two Cal King en-suites, each uniquely themed, boast bathroom barn doors, giant showers, and rustic vanities stocked with lavender body wash, Purity hair products, and plush towels. Just outside your guest quarters, enjoy your own fire pit, pergola, BBQ, and recreational area with horseshoes and croquet. For larger groups, inquire about our one-bedroom guest residence, Le Coop, allowing you to accommodate up to 11 guests combined with the barn. The name Farm Blanc et Rouge reflects our passion for wine (white or red), the farmhouse’s classic white and red barn design, and a nod to my French heritage. Originally built in 1927, the farm has a rich history as a hunting lodge, lavender farm, horse farm, and home to our beloved chickens in Chez Poulet. While staying with us, you have access to roam all 42 acres. Please ask if you have any questions about the boundaries- but there are some obvious trails or you can walk the quiet road, and head outside our gate to walk past L'Aventure, Austin Hope, and other vineyards.

As mentioned previously, this location is ideal. Just 2 miles from 46 West and a few miles from the 101, we couldn't be more convenient, and yet tucked away in serenity, you have no idea how peaceful it is until you arrive. -10 minutes from Downtown Paso Robles -5 minutes to Tin City. -40 minutes to Cambria -10 minutes to Trader Joe’s and other convenient stores. -Wineries on our road- L’Aventure, Austin Hope, Windward, Summerwood, J Dusi . Very near by on Arbor Rd : Zobeto, Ecluse. -Under 5 miles away…. Niner, Booker, Caliza, Tooth and Nail, and so many more!
Guest Access
Hike and explore all 42 acres of our property. The Barn is available to use (unless booked as there is a bed/bathroom). There is a bar, lounge, full kitchen, and pool table. Reserve that Barn and hire a private chef to cook you dinner in the wonderful kitchen.

We have beautiful hikes on our property or walk down the country roads just outside our gate to tasting rooms and vineyard views!
